The Little Blue Bakery is a New Jersey based bakery producing gluten free breads, cookies, and cakes using the highest quality ingredients.

Our story

We opened our doors in 2024 after years of baking gluten free due to sensitivities from Lyme disease. This sparked a personal quest to create delicious healthy baked goods we could enjoy and still feel good after eating. We’re so glad to finally bring the results of this quest to the rest of our community to enjoy.

Our bakery offers a variety of baked goods and other rotating items aligned with our values. We believe in high quality ingredients, sustainable practices, caring for the environment, and creating healthy communities. Some of our rotating values-driven items include eco-friendly kitchen supplies as well as our signature blend of anti-inflammatory tea.

Our ingredients

We believe high quality ingredients leads to great taste and less inflammation. We source organic ingredients when possible, and use less sugar where we can. We never use inflammatory processed oils. We love using olive oil instead!
